If the app is stuck saying "Downloading iCloud Changes..." or "Looking for iCloud Data..." for more than 30 seconds, it's probably due to a problem with Apple's iCloud servers. To make sure, lets try the following:
- Tap your iOS device's Home Button to show all your app icons.
- Double tap your iOS device's Home Button so the row of recently used apps near the bottom.
- Tap-hold the Purpose (or Purpose for iPad) icon until a red "-" sign appears on it and it starts to jiggle.
- Tap the red "-" sign to close Purpose.
- Relaunch Purpose.
If the message changes to "Checking iCloud..." and it doesn't go away in 30 seconds then it's probably due to Apple's iCloud having problems. Check iCloud's status by visiting this site:
If Apple is reporting problems, try accessing your data again later. If Apple is not reporting any problems, send us an email via the in-app support (i.e. Chat icon on main toolbar) so we can correct the problem.
